SteelGate is looking for a talented Registration Authority (RA) Analyst to join our team. The Registration Authority (RA) provides Identity Protection Management support for Defense Manpower Data Cetner (DMDC) through the issuance of SIPRNet and NIPRNet tokens and PKI certificates from specialized computers. The RA Lead is responsible for managing the RA program and associated processes including coordinating the work of a matrixed team consisting of RAs, System Administrators, and Trusted Agents. These team members work together to review and verify paperwork for new requests, process and issue customer requests for new tokens or certificates, provide token resets, and support annual program audits.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Verify requested paperwork was properly completed and submitted.
Process NIPR and SIPR Token and Certificate requests.
Assist customers in the resolution of certificate related problems.
Prepare procurement for RA Program - Commercial Certs, Refresh of inventories.
Update and monitor Certificate Expiration list.
Perform key recovery.
Confirm users with expiring tokens are notified timely.
Participate in audits and the development of RA audit reports.
Update RA program SOPs and associated program documentation.

Required Qualifications

·         3 years’ experience Identity Protection Management with at least one (1) of those years in technical positions

·         Minimum of a DoD Secret clearance is required

Experienced in networked computer-based system use and Microsoft Windows operating system.
Must be able to work independently and possess analytical processing skills.

License/Certification:

•         Security+

•         DoD PKI and NSS PKI Registration Authority (LRA/RA/KRA) Training certificate

•         TMS Release 5/6 Training certificate
